Cookbook Giveaway

Let's have some fun and do a giveaway.

A few weeks ago, I tried my hand at homemade pizza, even though I had rave reviews from the Mister, I knew it was a long way from being the pizza of my dreams.

So, I will be ordering this book by Jim Lahey, you may remember him from the 'My Bread' fame of the no knead revolution, and I will also give one away to the lucky winner.

Just leave a comment and I will announce the winner this Friday, June 14th in honor of Flag Day.

Have a happy Monday.  xo

I would love the pizza cookbook. My 44th anniversary is on Friday and this would make a wonderful present.

I've truly realised that I can't do pizza dough but I'm good with the toppings- so I've been doing mini pizzas on pitta breads and they're fab (even if I say so myself!)
Good luck everyone with the giveaway, and big hugs to you Sherri

Yes, mam. This would be perfect for the Miller brood. I've never tried homemade pizza so having directions would give me better chance to do it right.

wo that looks like a great & interesting cook book. I may have to buy it...if I don't win it!
I love the picture, what has made a difference in my husbands pizza is using those clay pizza stones! Fabulous!

Thanks for popping by & your sweet comment. The chair in the article is one of those maple ones! I love maple furniture painted. It is so sturdy and the lines so retro!

I make a killer pizza, but use a ready-made crust. Thanks for the chance to win a new cookbook.

If I were stranded on a deserted island, and I could only eat one food for the rest of my life... it'd probably be pizza. Also, Jim Lahey's no-knead bread is amaaazzzing. I imagine his pizza recipes will be just as good.

p.s. you should share your pizza makings with us!

You know, I'm always impressed by those pizzas made on the grill but I've never actually tried to do it. Is it hard?
